A full understanding of complex structural behaviour can be developed perfectly by using the combination experimental and numerical approach. Although basic method to determine moment-rotation responses beam-to-column CFS joints has recently established from full-scale testing, practising finite element modelling (FEM) nowadays could explore in-depth on number variables potential failure modes. In this paper, three-dimensional (3-D) model simulate actual been proposed multi-purpose package ABAQUS version 6.14 in order validate analysis data against works. The approach nonlinear material characteristics, contact sliding between different components adopting C3D8R solid elements are model. total three (3) connections consisting types beam depths were tested isolation observe based its strength stiffness. Comparisons FE results term ultimate moment capacity have shown a good correlation with ratios ranging 1.12 1.17. Therefore, it is possible develop realistic for future parametric studies such as type configurations connections.
